• Signup forms on this website, powered by our email service provider, MailerLite, including the form on our free guide landing page (/reclaim/).
• Instagram and Facebook direct messages, when you comment a keyword on one of our posts or reels and choose to interact with our automated messenger assistant, powered by ManyChat. If you provide your email address through this messenger conversation, it is passed to MailerLite so we can deliver the resource you requested.

How We Use Your Information

We use your first name and email address to:

• Deliver the free resource you requested (such as The 5-Hour Reclaim guide)
• Send you related educational emails, updates, and occasional offers from Striding Forward
• Personalize our communication with you (for example, using your first name)

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Your Choices

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email we send. You can also stop our automated Instagram or Facebook messages at any time by blocking or muting our account, or by asking us to stop within the conversation. To request that we delete your personal information entirely, contact us using the information below.

Data Retention

We retain your first name and email address for as long as you remain subscribed to our list, or until you request deletion.

Children's Privacy

Striding Forward is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.
